加熱分解、薬品分解、破砕、圧搾などの
方法を使わず、
高橋酵研株式会社の特許技術を用い、
米糠の栄養成分を100％摂取できます。
白米では摂れない玄米栄養成分の
95％以上がふくまれている米糠には、
ミネラル、フィチン酸、イノシトール、
フェルラ酸、GABA、ビタミン、食物繊維などが
含まれています。

見た目は、少し色の濃いきな粉の色。
そしてとても細かい微細粉なので、
どんなドリンクやお料理にもすぐに
お使いいただけます。

また、白米１合につき小さじ１程度の
米糠パウダーを混ぜてあとは普通に
炊飯器で炊くだけで、「玄米ご飯」
